Deux immeubles de bureaux contruits près de l'Aéroport. Inauguré le 30 octobre 1979, c'est le premier WTC de Suisse. Il y a 8300 m2 de bureaux à l'ouverture. Le WTC II est inauguré un peu après (quand ?), entre l'Avenue Louis-CASAÏ et le WTC I.
